Your new job
As Trade Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering excellent integrated activity plans and for delivering perfect execution of those plans for your respective brands. You will focus on both the on & off trade channels. You will play a crucial role in working with the European Commercial Planning & Activation Manager, the Brand Manager & external agencies to develop game changing purchasing marketing activities. The goal will be to ensure the company wins across the on & the off trade channels.

In this process, you will give insights over the local needs to the other teams of the Region over Below The Line (BTL) activation playbooks they will have to develop. You will lead agency briefings both creative & production to localise the playbook developed regionally and deliver best in class local IAP activations.

You will be a key member of the yearly plan ensuring KPI setting and tracking of all trade activities related to your brands and work with the Brand Manager to advise her/him on eventual corrective actions.

You will be responsible for the Point of Sales Material, ensuring the company has the right tools to achieve their market targets. You will also make sure that these are used effectively and stock is managed efficiently.

Being the Hard Discounters Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for CPA, you ensure the maximisation of all brands plan at Lidl and Aldi, with the support of the the Key Account Manager. You will also manage the budget and continuously following it up with different internal stakeholders.

The majority of your role will be to spent time within the local market. You will spent minimum 1/week in the other country you are responsible for (Netherlands) and travel to Luxembourg will be also required. Off trade visits/support and customers visits will be an essential part of the role.

What you need to succeed
The ideal candidate has at least a master’s degree in business management and at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. Off-trade experience is a must for this position.
Perfect English and excellent Dutch or French.
