Hays Technology is looking for a Java Software Engineer to be a part of an international high-tech company headquartered in Belgium to help them innovate for a better and healthier world through its software and hardware infrastructure and in-depth knowledge of 3D Printing.

What you will be doing

• understand and analyze new functional requirements
• participate in agile development teams
• working directly with other experts in Java, C++, etc.
• proactively working together with other software engineers, product managers and stakeholders to identify needs and solutions

What we are looking for

• relevant and strong experience in backend software development and strong Core Java fundamentals (3 years of experience)
• experience in Object Oriented Programming concepts
• experience in cloud computing technologies such as AWS
• working knowledge of Data models, web service programming (such as REST), CI/CD tools, GIT, JIRA, Spring
• Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
