Your new job

As a Sales Representative your main responsibility is to make the business grow in Antwerp and Brussels.You will also be able to implement the brand Strategy on a local level by creating growth opportunities in perfect stores. The most important aspect is to build and maintain a commercial relationship with partner stores and communicate proactively towards the internal departments of Sales, Marketing, Finance & Logistics. You will be an ambassador of the brand by giving instore training. Your role is to develop the sector’s turnover based on the national operating plan. You will be focused on the brand Strategy by putting Cats & Dogs first, providing perfect store & self-merchandising, promoting the brand and engaging stores by tailor-made training. Finally, you will actively use Excel and the brand Management Tools such as Set2Sell, manage and use local budget to develop the business in the sector and trade conditions by partnering with the stores.

Your profile

The ideal candidate for this vacancy is a great communicator and good listener, who gets energized from a strong collaboration with customers and colleagues. You are a proactive entrepreneur who is willing to walk the extra mile and who can work in a structured way. You are an excellent speaker and are able to write in French and Dutch. You are proficient in English. You have a Master’s degree in Sales or Marketing or ideally a first experience in a sales function on the field with a preference for a FMCG organization. Last, but not least: passion, affinity, and enthusiasm for Dogs & Cats is highly important
