As an order management representative, you are primarily responsible for the order-to-cash entry for customers for the Nordic markets. This with the purpose of having the order lines ready for allocation. You’re responsible for a correct internal communication and qualitative order follow-up. In this position you will not have any direct contact with the clients, but you will work within a diverse and dynamic team.
You have a bachelor's degree or relevant experience. A first working experience is an asset, but not a must. In addition to English, you have a very good knowledge of Swedish and/or Norwegian and/or Danish. You have good computer skills. You work very accurately, also under the pressure of daily deadlines. You can set priorities and are a real team player.
The working conditions
Our client offers a full-time position with attractive working hours. In return you get a market-compliant salary supplemented with fringe benefits. You’ll work 40h a week for which you receive 12 extra days off on a yearly base. After your training you will have the opportunity to work from home for a couple of days per week.
