Your responsibilities:
- Handling incidents and service requests according to our internal procedures
- Take the initiative to improve the customer's infrastructure's security and dependability.
- Keep up with technological advancements to ensure that your expertise remains current.
- As you gain experience and knowledge, you will be able to become a subject matter expert in your sector and assist your coworkers with their complicated technical inquiries.
- Ownership of the client relationship: the customer regards you as a technical expert from whom they may seek advice.
- Become a member of our round-the-clock customer service team.
Your profile
- Technical expertise in at least 2 of the following domains:
- TCP/IP, Ethernet
- Next-Generation firewall
- Switching and routing
- Application Delivery
- Cloud Web and Email Security
- Azure networking
- Wireless
- Vulnerability assessment
- Certifications are certainly a plus.
