Your new role As a Management Assistant, you are the daily support for one of the company’s directors. You manage his agenda, the meetings’ preparation and all the administrative work. You are responsible for preparing the documentation for the meetings: layout, PowerPoint, etc. You are also be the SPOC for all internal and external communications to the Director.
What you will need to succeed The position requires an excellent level of English and Dutch, French is a plus. You hold a bachelor’s degree and/or you have at least a first experience. MS Office has no secrets for you. You are team player, professional and you have good priority management
