Key Account Manager – Automotive sector Benelux and France

Your new job :
As a Key Account Manager for Benelux and France, your main responsibility would be to manage the relation with clients, build-up privileged relationships to ensure a good retaining, focusing on the cross and up selling in order to improve the profit ratio and the margin.
You will have to negotiate on a high-level with key clients, work on their strategies and ensure a great understanding of their mobility strategy to propose them the best personalised solution possible, ensure the client’s satisfaction from A to Z and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
You’ll be also responsible for developing the services portfolio by focusing on cross-sales with existing client but also by doing some prospection, finding new key clients, be on the road, negotiate contracts and close agreements, forecast and track key account metrics with quarterly sales reports.
Finally, your job will be noted on basis of KPI’s, the amount of cross-sales made and mostly on the client’s retaining.
Your profile :
The ideal candidate for this vacancy has a first experience in sales services, specialised in the automotive sector, such as a leasing group, with high-level mobility strategies, or even with Human Resources, consulting and account management.
You are often described as a true networker, highly driven, self-motivated and able to work upon own initiative with great negotiation and persuasion skills. You have the ability to keep a 360° overview on the process, keeping objectives in mind, focusing on the client satisfaction and ensuring personalised relationships.
Finally, in order to manage the Benelux and France market, we are looking for a perfect bilingual in Dutch and French with a good knowledge in English.
