This opportunity is ideal for junior/medior support profiles who have built up an all-round infrastructure knowledge. This all-round position offers you the opportunity to apply and refine your infrastructural knowledge, as well as to steer IT projects in the right direction and leave your mark in the organization. In this position you will work a few days a week from different locations, where you will be IT responsible for the relevant location during that day.

You work in tandem with the IT Manager. Your tasks consist of the following core tasks:

• You ensure optimal functioning of the IT infrastructure
• You implement hardware and software upgrades
• You coordinate IT projects in consultation with the IT Manager
• You are the SPOC for the external (first-line) helpdesk
• You offer expertise support (second line support) where necessary
• You contribute to educating the end users

Your profile?
You speak Dutch and can communicate in French
You have at least 2 years of experience in a support function
You have a first experience with IT project management
You have a good knowledge of Microsoft applications and operating systems (client/server) and Office 365.
You have a general knowledge of IT infrastructure (systems and networks)
