For a company active in the real estate sector, Hays is looking for a Finance Business Partner.
As a Finance Business Partner you act as a business partner and as a leader.

You drive strategy and tactical execution at a country level. You produce analysis to support the decision-making process in Belux including M&A processes. You lead and deliver Finance & Business Transformational activities. You manage and establish relationship to the banks and other local authorities. You are responsible for the line management of different team members, and collaborate closely with the finance team, controlling team and other offshore teams.

You’re the ideal candidate if you have at least a Master's degree in Finance and 5 years’ experience in a relevant/similar position. You speak fluent French, Dutch and English and have strong communication skills. You have the ability to talk and influence different (senior) stakeholders and to act as a real business partner. You are solution-oriented and have the ability to work in a multi-cultural/international environment. You have experience with reporting BE GAAP and US GAAP, and have experience with M&A.
