For a company active in the advisory sector, Hays is actively looking for a hands-on and strategic Finance Manager in Brussels.

As Finance Manager, you will start in a stand-alone position and will build your team.
You are responsible for the accounting, financial and budgetary management. You manage the invoicing and work together with an external partner for the accounting. You are responsible for the surveillance and management of legal obligations inherent to the legal entity in Belgium. You make business analysis and reporting to the HQ and report directly to the Head of Operations.

The perfect candidate has a strong accounting & financial background and at least 10 years’ experience in a relevant financial role in a Belgian entity/company. You have an excellent level of English and very good command of French or Dutch, with a good level of the second national language. You have a strong analytical mindset and are able to bring the execution to a real business partnering.
You are hands-on, motivated with good communication skills and are willing to invest yourself fully in a new professional challenge.
