Hays is actively looking for a Finance Business Partner near Grimbergen :
For a company located in the Grimbergen area, Hays is looking for a Finance Business Partner.
As a Finance Business Partner, you are responsible for the budgeting and forecasting of the Business Unit. With your strong knowledge, you advise the leadership team and you are a strength of proposal. You prepare the management and production processes and asses the Business unit’s performance and oversee projects.
The perfect candidate has a Bachelor or a Master’s degree in an economical or financial field. You have at least 3 years of experience, of which minimum 2 as a business controller in the industrial sector, a first experience as a consultant in a Big Four is a strong asset. You speak fluent English, French or Dutch, with a good level of the second national language. You have strong communication skills, you’re able to work independently, but are also a team player and a good problem-solver. You have a large experience with PowerPoint and Excel, a knowledge in BI tool is an asset.
