Your new role

Our client specialised in the real estate sector is looking for a Facility Coordinator to manage one of their client's buildings located in Brussels. You will be able to maintain a high level of service to the client in terms of facilities and management. You will be responsible for the management of building related issues but also in charge of security and responsibilities as defined by internal procedures. You will provide daily support for various building related requests and be able to provide a monthly report within deadlines. You will also provide administrative support to the facilities manager team and be the point of contact between the suppliers and the final customer in order to provide a quality service.

What you will need to succeed?

For this dynamic and challenging position Hays Brussels is looking for a candidate with a first experience as a Facility Coordinator and with a technical background to understand the various issues related to buildings. We are also looking for a candidate with an affinity for health and safety legislation. You are customer oriented, proactive, multi-tasking and eager to learn. You also have a good knowledge of MS office and have an affinity with other programs. For this position we are looking for candidates with an excellent level of English, French and/or Dutch.

Your compensation

We offer you an immediate fixed contract with a very competitive salary completed by extra benefits. A parking place is also available if you decide to come by car.
