Your New Job :
As an External Sales Representative works in team with the internal sales representative. It is your responsibility to ensure excellent service and customer relationship for a fixed territory or customer’s base.
Opening new accounts (30%) and extend the assortment portfolio with defined existing accounts (70%) is part of the daily work.
Supporting customer satisfaction and loyalty whilst moving the customer to the most efficient sales channel (e.g. online) is very important.
You will use the phone as your primary communication tool, but also travel for 1 to 2 weeks per month in order to build relationships
- Technical/commercial background
- Experience in sales (B2B is a plus)
- Understanding commercial aspects of solution/ service selling
- IT knowledge, Excel M
- Internal and external communication skills
- Tele selling capabilities
- Self-driven - High self-motivation
- Takes ownership
- Strong presentation skills
- Social Competence
- Analytical skills
- Driving license
- Fluent English (spoken and written), other language e.g. French, Dutch, Spanish,…
