Your new role
As a Executive Assistant you support the CEO with all kinds of administrative related tasks.
In this way you are responsible for preparing files and meetings. Besides you will manage the CEO’s agenda and you are the intermediary for the people who want to address the CEO. Furthermore you are responsible for filtering mails by priority, organizing trips and taking notes during meetings. Finally, you will handle purchasing orders in Easyform and organise everything for the board meetings.

Your Profile
Hays is looking for someone who communicates fluently in English and who has a good knowledge of French or English. Besides you already have a first experience within an international context as a Manager Assistant and you have completed a bachelor's degree. Furthermore you are flexible, you keep an eye on your mails and you have a good knowledge of MS Office to process lists, draw reports, etc. Finally you are a mature person and you are assertive.

The terms of employment
Our client offers an attractive salary with fringe benefits such as meal vouchers of 7.5 euros, group and hospitalization insurance. You work 39 hours a week with 26 days of leave. The company has flexible working hours and there is possibility for homeworking with compensation.
