Your new role As a customer issue resolution officer you’ll combine complaint handing with credit collection. You are responsible for managing customer relationships proactively and being the single point of contact of all enquiries via telephone and other correspondence. You take ownership and respond to all customers enquiries and complaints utilizing Salesforce to manage all communications. This can be customer issues related to billing, collections, dispites, returns, … . To solve this you have a lots of internal contacts with finance, customer service and sales. You’ll also be responsible for the credit collection.
Your profile Hays Zaventem is looking for a candidate who is fluent in spoken and written communication in Polish and English. Knowledge of any other language is a plus. Furthermore, you have a first working experience as customer service representative or credit collection in an international environment. You also have good communication skills and you can manage multiple priorities successfully. Preferably you also have experience with SAP and Salesforce.
The terms of employment From the start, you will receive a permanent contract with an attractive salary package supplemented with meal vouchers and other fringe benefits. You work 39 hours / week and have 12 extra holidays on a yearly basis. They have flexible working hours and you are allowed to work 4 days / week from home.
