For a company active in the consultancy/advisory sector and located in Zaventem, Hays is actively looking for a Business Controlling Manager.

As Business Controlling Manager, you manage the daily operational project controlling activities of the company and you lead, coach and coordinate a team of Business Controllers. You prepare and drive the monthly and yearly closing activities (interactions with the internal and external auditors, …). As a manager, you coach and lead the SSC team abroad and supervise the client billing and receivables collection activities and the expense controlling on project level. You prepare and process detailed financial analysis. You report to the Business Controlling Director.

You have a Master’s degree in business administration or finance, and have at least 8 years’ experience in financial/business controlling, in an international environment. You speak fluently English and have ideally a professional level of Dutch and/or French. You have strong analytical skills, have the ability to manage a team (also abroad) and have strong written and interpersonal skills.
You have a positive & can-do mindset. Excel and SAP have no secret for you.
